Getting Started

Learn how to set up your account and navigate the dashboard

Welcome to Fusion Cloud! This guide will walk you through creating your account, logging in for the first time, and understanding the main dashboard. By the end, you'll be ready to create your first ADP claim.

1 Creating Your Account

Fusion Cloud uses a simple 3-step signup process. Here's how to get started:

Step 1: Choose Your Plan

Go to fusioncloud.ca and click "Get Started". You'll see two options:

  • • Choose number of seats/users
  • • 15% discount for yearly billing
  • • Priority support

Step 2: Enter Company Information

Fill in your company and account details:

Field What to Enter
Full Name Your first and last name (e.g., "Jane Smith")
Company Name Your business or organization name
Email Your work email address - this will be your username
Phone Your contact phone number
Password Create a strong password (at least 12 characters)
Company Address Required for paid plans

Step 3: Verify & Secure Your Account

Complete these security steps:

  1. 1 Email Verification: Check your email and click the verification link
  2. 2 Two-Factor Authentication: Set up 2FA using an authenticator app (required for security)
  3. 3 Save Backup Codes: Store your backup codes in a safe place

Tip: Password Requirements

A strong password example: MySecure#Pass123
This has uppercase (M, S, P), lowercase letters, a number (123), and a special character (#).

2 Logging In to Your Account

Go to the Login Page

Visit fusioncloud.ca and click "Sign In" in the top-right corner. You can also go directly to fusioncloud.ca/login.

Enter Your Credentials

Type in the email and password you used when creating your account:

  • 1. Email: Enter your email address
  • 2. Password: Enter your password
  • 3. Remember Me: Check this box if you want to stay logged in (on your personal computer only)

Click "Sign In"

Click the green "Sign In" button. You'll be taken to your Dashboard.

Forgot Your Password?

Click "Forgot password?" on the login page. Enter your email address, and we'll send you a link to reset your password.

3 Understanding the Dashboard

After logging in, you'll see your Dashboard. This is your home base for managing claims. Here's what you'll find on the screen:

Left Sidebar
  • Dashboard - The main overview page (you are here)
  • New Claim - Create a new ADP claim
  • Claims - View all your saved claims
  • Explorer - Browse exported TXT files
  • Serial Tracking - Track device serial numbers
  • Reports - View charts and statistics
Main Area
  • Welcome Card - Shows your name and account status
  • Statistics - Claims created today, this month, and total
  • ADP Calendar - Shows billing deadlines and posting dates
  • Quick Actions - Buttons to create claims, view files, etc.
  • Recent Claims - Your most recently created claims

Understanding Your Account Status

At the top of the Dashboard, you'll see a banner showing your subscription status:

Free Trial You're in the 7-day free trial period
Active Your subscription is active
Licensed Your account has an active license

4 Using the Sidebar Navigation

The left sidebar is your main way to navigate Fusion Cloud. Here's what each section does:

Dashboard

Your home page with statistics and quick access to everything

New Claim

Click here to create a new ADP claim - this is where you'll spend most of your time

Claims

View all your saved claims, search by claim number or client, and export to TXT

Explorer

Browse and download your exported TXT files organized by vendor and date

You're Ready!
