In early 2021, a team at a mobility equipment provider noticed a recurring problem: processing ADP (Assistive Devices Program) claims was tedious, error-prone, and consumed hours of valuable time every week.
The solution started as a simple Python script — a command-line tool that could generate ADP-compliant invoice files automatically. What began as an internal productivity tool quickly evolved into something much bigger.
Today, FusionSoft is a product of Nexa Systems Inc., serving healthcare providers across Canada with a comprehensive cloud platform for ADP claim management.
