  2. 2. Click on the year folder
  3. 3. Click on the month folder
  4. 4. You'll see all TXT files for that month in the main area

Preview a File

Click on any file name to preview its contents. You'll see the claim data formatted in a readable way.

Download a File

Click the download icon next to any file to save it to your computer's Downloads folder. This is useful if you need to re-submit a claim to ADP.

4 Importing Existing Claim Files

If you have TXT claim files from another system or backup, you can import them into Fusion Cloud.

Step A: Click "Import"

In File Explorer, look for the "Import" or "Upload" button, usually at the top of the page.

Step B: Select Your File

Click "Choose File" or drag and drop a TXT file from your computer. The file must be in the standard ADP claim format.

Step C: Review and Confirm

Fusion Cloud will parse the file and show you what it found:

  • Number of claims detected
  • Total devices and amounts
  • Any errors or warnings

Step D: Import the Claims

Click "Import" to save the claims to your account. They'll appear in your Claims list and the file will be stored in File Explorer.

Why Import?

Importing is useful when:

  • • You're switching from Fusion Pro (desktop) to Fusion Cloud
  • • You have backup files from another computer
  • • A colleague shared claim files with you
